To sign up just send your check or money order for the entry fee (first tournament) and club membership($25) plus a $10 deposit for each tournament (6) along with your name, address and phone number to:

Membership Fee is $25.00

This covers the cost of administering the club and is valid for one season.

Deposits made for each tournament are non-refundable.

Team Entry is $150 each tournament

Pay-Out:

If six or less entries exist, Pay-Out will pay 1st and 2nd place only at a 60% - 40% split.
